Tony is an arms dealer in Jagged Alliance 2.
Location
You can find him in San Mona (sector C5). He is in the back of the XXX shop, owned by Hans.
To get to him, you need to get rid of Brenda, who wants Pantsuit Lorletta 6. The videotape is in the Northeasternmost house, in a chest. It can also be found in the Shady Lady whorehouse.
Arms dealing
He buys and sells weapons in affordable prices, excluding knives.
He sells weapons, ammo and weapon attachements, for instance he may have underslung grenade launchers. He may also sell you rare equipment that cannot be gotten anywhere else. So be sure to check back often what he has to offer.
After you have visited atleast once, Hans may say that Tony has stepped out, most likely to get more guns. Wait a day and he may have returned.
