The Survival Cap is a piece of headgear introduced in Jagged Alliance Online. Only one variant did exist in the game.

- This headgear was labeled as an Uncommon-tier item with Durability 91. It could had been obtained as Loot.
- It provided the following bonuses: Critical Hit Cover 12%, Critical Hit Bonus 17, Perception Modifier 5, Interrupt Bonus 5, Front Protection 104, Side Protection 0, and Rear Protection 0.
- The cap required Merc Level 50 and Dexterity 46 to be worn.
