- A Strong professional approach to mercenary business, believes in a minimal body count, strictly for financial reasons.
- Despises mercenaries who are unprofessional in their looks and behavior.
- His accent sounds more Swedish than anything else, while the most common languages in Switzerland are French and German. He also uses "smörgåsbord" as an expletive, which is a Swedish word, though not an obscene one in any way.
- In the German version of the game he himself and other mercs constantly refer him as Stephan, while the text he is, like in the English version, referred as Stephen.
