The Urban Ops SCAR-L CQB and Desert Ops SCAR-L CQB are weapons in Jagged Alliance: Back in Action. Both weapons share the exact same statistics, only their appearance differ.
The Urban Ops variant is available to players who own the Urban Specialist Kit DLC, while the Desert Ops one comes with the Desert Specialist Kit DLC.

Bobby Ray automatically ships one for each owned kit, alongside other kit items, to Drassen Airport soon after it has been liberated.
Note that only one weapon of each kit is available per game, no others can be obtained normally.
