The Special Forces Beret is a piece of headgear introduced in Jagged Alliance Online. Only one variant did exist in the game.

- This headgear was labeled as a Rare-tier item with Durability 78. It could had been bought for 150 Gold bars in the game, as a part of the Advanced Set.
- It provided the following bonuses: Critical Hit Cover 9%, Critical Hit Bonus 7%, Interrupt Bonus 6, Front Protection 52, Side Protection 50, and Rear Protection 52. In addition, it granted Urban bonus 5.
- It required Merc Level 25, Reflex 21, and Dexterity 31 to be worn.
