This is a very tough mission even if your team has great high-powered rifles. You are in a desert terrain as Gus mentions and the building south-west of your drop off point is rectangular with eight smaller rectangular protrusions. Your easy route is to enter the nearest south-western door. Watch out as red-shirts will shoot at you from inside the building through the windows, from the east and southern open area. Don't approach the immediate north-western protrusion as a strong red-shirt named Redding will shoot at your mercs with a M-16. Either he walks out in shooting range or your best demolition merc blows up the north-east corner inside building - see the first Youtube play below. If you do, he will drop an M-16 and in that small room contains crates with M-16 ammo, .44 ammo for a Ruger Redhawk Revolver and 9mm ammo. Another red--shirt named Campbell will drop money if you manage to kill him. Once you enter that inside, either use live C-4 or TNT to blow the eastern or north-eastern walls. Don't cross it fast as enemies will snipe at you -- use other mercs to shoot at them and keep your best explosive expert unharmed. Cross the two corridors east then south then east until you come to a door which should be unlocked.
Enter the room and your merc will tell you there's an object on the table to the north-west. There are two mines or detonators blocking your path. That is why you need a healthy well-skilled explosive merc - he or she will tell you 'suspicious'. When ask do you want to activate it, click no. Next click yes to disarm if you trust your merc. It will successfully disarm if the detonator is marked "useless" or else part of the north-west protrusion and the table will blow up. If it is disarmed useless, drop the detonator and move to the table and that's the CD-ROM you are looking for. The north-eastern protrusion contains a grenade launcher and a rigged mortar shell. Alternatively, you can try the long rout entering the second north-western door but that will eat up your time limits or your team will suffer more attacks.
Inside the building are likely more red-shirts and locked rooms you can shoot open a door with. There is a crate with money, a Tool Kit on a table and a First Aid Kit. A merc named Zenko will drop two Medical Kits. There are other crates with two rag, two glass jars. The southern smaller protrusions or rooms contain a rigged gas can, a gas can two crates each with oil can. Another set of crates contains a chunk of steel, M-14 ammo and a mortar shell. You will find a metal detector as well.
