Pacos is the son of Fatima and Manuel. In Jagged Alliance 2 he is a small child from Arulco who consistently keeps by Fatima's side. He is shy around people he does not know, and has little to say to the mercenaries. Generally, Pacos is spotted first after clearing the landing sector in Omerta, and talking to him will shortly cause him to run off to his mother, allowing the mercs to be led to Fatima.
Years later, in Jagged Alliance Online, Pacos works in the storage from the commander's mercenary agency in Arulco, appearing only once to introduce himself and explaing about the HQ Storage. He is a bit slow due to receiving a shot in the head when he was a kid.
