The PKM (Pulyemyot Kalashnikova Modernizovannyiin Russian, literally "Kalashnikov's Machinegun Modernized") is a machinegun, which was introduced in Jagged Alliance Online. Four variants were available in the game.

Trivia

• The Junk and the Uncommon variant could be obtained as Loot weapons. The PvP variant could had been bought in the game for 5.500 $.
• The PvP variant is actually the UKM-2000 machinegun currently used by the Polish Army. The name "Tarnov" refers to the city, where the weapon is manufactured, while the "UKM" abbreviation means "Uniwersalny Karabin Maszynowy" ("Universal Machine Gun" in Polish - as a general purpose weapon).
