  • Sector 3 - one rifle and two amounts of proper ammunition.

Jagged Alliance 2 v. 1.12[]

  • Alma sector H14 - one rifle this type with half-empty magazine is located in one of the crates inside the northern building.
  • Grumm sector H3 - one of the mine guards has one rifle of this type. It can be pick-pocketed.
  • Orta (sector K4) - randomly appears as weapon of one of the guards (for pick-pocketing.)
  • Bobby Ray's Guns and Things - availability depends on game settings and progress in the game.
  • Tony - randomly available in various conditions. He tends to have rifles in around 80% condition for sale.

Tips and Tricks[]

Jagged Alliance V.1.12.[]

  • The M-14 is second the best 7.62mm NATO assault rifle right after FN-FAL in the game. It performs outstandingly when handled by a merc with good Marksmanship skill. Two shots or one burst are usually enough to take down most of enemies.
  • When fitted with sniper scope, laser sight, and a bipod, it can replace the M-24 as a sniper rifle, especially if fitted with the gun barrel extender.
  • The Hard to Repair con can be effectively bypassed by giving a damaged or worn out M-14 rifle to a merc with high Mechanical skill, such as Bobby "Steroid" Gontarski, Victoria "Vicki" Waters or Doug "Gasket" Milton. Those merc are skilled enough to restore the M-14 back to 100% condition within an hour of game time, providing that they have a Tool Kit.
