- A prim and proper, by-the-textbook type junior commissioned officer. Just a little bit insufferable unless you are the object of his worship (such as Bob).
- Perfectly adequate stats and a decent shot. A great choice for the starting lineup in JA1.
- Utter brown-noser. Not only does he tattle on everyone, his attitude makes him unafraid of high staff turnover - hiring and firing is just what bosses do.
- If Bud and Postie are in the same team, Postie may kill him before a mission, giving a warning to the player beforehand.
