The Kevlar Leggings are a suit of leg armor found in Jagged Alliance 2.
Description[]
"The ballistic panels on these leggings are made from 28 piles of protective Kevlar. Fully adjustable waist and ankle straps were designed to maintain a snug fit."
Locations[]
- Gus Tarballs has a pair of those as a part of his optional gear.
- Multiple sectors of Alma, in crates and lockers. Conditions vary between 80% and 95%.
- Can be dropped by mid-level and late-level enemy soldiers.
- General Theo Humphey has a pair of those.
- Franz Hinkle sells and buys those. Leggings in varied condition can be bought from him.
- Keith Hemps' General Store, Cambria (not always available). Those are never in mint condition.
- Can be bought through Bobby Ray's website (both mint condition and used.)
Notes[]
- Leg protection reduces the chance that bullet hits to the leg cause the struck merc to fall over, as well as provides bonus to armor percentage cover.
- The Leggings (just like most suits of armor in Jagged Alliance 2) can be merged with either Compound 18 or Royal Jelly to create Compound 18 Kevlar Leggings and Coated Kevlar Leggings respectively. Only one reinforcing component (either the Compound or the Jelly) can be picked - otherwise the items break and shall be lost forever.
