Kevin 'Maddog' Cameron is Jake Cameron's slightly unhinged son and a parts scrapper for the junkyard. He can be found near gas station in Estoni, and can be recruited for no salary. He is the only mercenary who comes with equipped with an HK CAWS Weapon System. He also comes with a tool kit and absolutely no armor.
Maddog is really mad
Note that Maddog will not join your forces if you talk to him with a mercenary with low or next to no leadership. This will also ruin your chance of ever getting him. First thing you should do is to give Maddog non-automatic weapon. He is psycho and he engages bursts very often (but doesn't hit, because of low initial marksmanship). His low wisdom makes him learn very slowly. Maddog has high health, agility and dexterity. Combined with decent mechanical skill he is best used for repairing. Unlocking doors in combat as human shield using his high HP and AP works, but requires leveling EXP to prevent interrupts.
Skills and stats
He is expert at Lockpick, and makes an excellent repairman.
His speed and ability to quickly handle weapons, along with his powerful CAWS shotgun make him ideal for indulging in high-risk run-in-screaming-and-shoot-them-in-the-face tactics. Just be sure to keep your squad medic nearby. The combination also makes him an excellent defender, and a good ambush-breaker as the short range, rapid-fire CAWS can easily suppress and knock the wind out of anything it doesn't kill.
