Kevin 'Maddog' Cameron can be found near gas station in Estoni. He will join your forces for free. He is only one mercenary, which has CAWS in his equipment. He also has tool kit for repairing items.
Maddog is really mad
First thing you should do is to give Maddog non-automatic weapon. He is psycho and he engages bursts very often (but doesn't hit, because of low initial marksmanship). His low wisdom makes him learn slowly. Maddog has very high health, agility and dexterity, can be used for repairing things and unlocking doors.
