Owner and clerk of a General Store in Cambria.
He sells chiefly secondhand equipment. His goods are cheap, though of varying usefulness. He will buy most items at the best prices, with the exception of weapons until the Hick trouble is solved (see: Tony) and junk (see: Jake).
Hick Problems[]
At the time you meet him, Cambria will likely be experiencing trouble in the form of a wild group of Hicks who live on beyond the east side of town. Keith won't be able to sell you any firearms until they're taken care of, and if let go too long, he will go out of business entirely. For more information, see: Eliminate the Hicks.
Location[]
Sector G9: Cambria Commercial. He appears in his shop around 9:00 AM every day.
Notes[]
- ~35% loyalty in Cambria is required for Keith to offer his services and quest.
- Only holds $1,500 in cash (refreshed every 24 hours), making the profitability of hauling items to him from outside of Cambria debatable at best.
- Has a reserved and conservative outlook on life: believes a wife's job is to bring him dinner every evening while he brings home the money. Not terribly keen on ambition.
- Once the Hick issue is solved, Keith will accept pistols, SMGs, shotguns, and rifles to be sold to him. However, he usually buys only one rifle or two-three pistols per 24 hours cycle. Flak Jackets and Kevlar Vests or helmets can also be sold to him with similar limitation.
- Keith offers the best prices for Guardian Vests from all the traders in the game - in Jagged Alliance 2 v.1.12, he buys a mint condition Guardian Vest for $ 535 each. The $1500 cash limit still applies to this transaction.
- Keith's shop is a good source of Glass Jars, Tool Kits, First Aid Kits, and Canteens.
