Jacques "Flay" Bohen is one of the characters introduced in Jagged Alliance 3. Flay can be recruited as a free mercenary by fulfilling certain conditions in the game.

How to recruit[]
Recruitment of Flay is a part of The Dead Poachers quest.
The player must first speak to the leader of the poacher camp (C4) “Hyena” Gilbert. He’ll tell about his problems with a former companion who has turned to killing poachers. He’ll ask to track down and kill the man, and suggest to start with trailing the bodies of the dead poachers.
Then the player need to find three poacher corpses impaled with antlers scattered in the surrounding sectors.
After interacting with three corpses, Flay can be found in the cave in C5.
In the dialogue the player must ask why did Flay started killing his companions, propose him to stop and them invite him to hunt together. To pass the skill check the player needs both high leadership and high wisdom or the trait Negotiator.
