Ira Smythe is a rebel girl from Omerta. She lives in the rebel hideout there with Dimitri, Miguel, Carlos and other rebels. She can be recruited for free after completing quest Letter from Enrico.
Ira's skills
Ira is a good medic at the start of the game, but she lacks Marksmanship.
She is equiped with a .38 Colt, magazine, and Med-Kit. You can hire her when you first get to rebel hideout with Fatima.
Ira's specialization is Teaching (Expert). Best use for her would be training militia and medication of other team members. She can get better in her shooting too.
She is also a guide providing information about Arulco.
Notes
Make sure you have her in your squad when you talk to Father Walker in Drassen.
