The H&K G3A3 (German: "Gewehr 3" , literally "Rifle 3") is an assault rifle introducted in Jagged Alliance 2. It appears in newer games as well.

- An elite random soldier in Sector D2 (Sam Site) sometimes drops this after death, depending on difficulty level.

- This is one of the first assault rifles fed with 7.62 mm NATO rounds to be found by the player. It can be used until sufficient stock of FN-FAL or M-14 rifles is built up. Later on, the G3A3 rifles can be sold to Tony.
- According to Wikipedia, the version seen in the game is a 1963 production model.
- The Jagged Alliance: Online variants had quite low Durability for a modern assault rifles and low Damage value. In addition, the Junk variant was fed from 5.56mm rounds instead of 7,62mm.
