A surgeon who works in Cambria Hospital. Despises Queen Deidranna's rule, and according to Nurse Jenny, often talks about trying to take down her regime.

He is one of the best doctors in the game, with the highest initial medical stat of any recruitable mercenary anywhere, but he is initially rather useless in combat (worse than Shank even) because of his very low marksmanship and agility. Like Shank, however, his wisdom is very high and his ambidexterity doubles the chance that any one attack will hit. With time and dedicated training his marksmanship can improve very quickly.
Location
Cambria Hospital (F8). Available after "find Joey" quest. Hospital treatment thereafter can be free once you hit 100% Cambria loyalty.
