The Compound 18 Spectra Helmet (also known as the "SPEC-18 Helmet" in game files) is a suit of head armor, which can be crafted in Jagged Alliance 2.

- The item does not exist in the V.1.12 of the game itself. It has to be created by player.
Notes[]
- The helmet is heavier than the unmodified Spectra Helmet and the Coated Spectra Helmet.
- It has the best level of protection, if not playing the Sci-fi mode.
