"A quick-hardening, liquid compound that claims to offer some of the finer qualities previously supplied only by anti-ballistic materials. It can be applied to most helmets and vests."

• Used to increase the protection value of most armors:
  • Helmet to Treated Helmet (+2%)
  • Kevlar Helmet to Trt. Kevlar Helmet (+5%)
  • Kevlar Vest to Trt. Kevlar Vest (+10%)
  • Spectra Shield to Trt. Spectra Vest (+20%)

• Can't be used on Leather Vest and Ultra Shield Vest.
