A recruitable mercenary that can be found in Tracona in Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business. He is also available in Jagged Alliance 2 v1.13 in the M.E.R.C. roster, appearing alongside Tex R. Colburn after Tim "Numb" Sutton.
Biggins was in the employ of Deputy Commander Morris, but can be convinced to joining forces with the player's mercenaries, for $3500.
